Is this normal?

I’m 6 days pp and this was my first c section. I have this bulge that feels different…. Like a different texture from my other skin… I don’t know how to explain it. Like a blister ( as if there is fluid under the skin) it doesn’t not hurt. I just want to know if others have experienced this and if it goes away?

It could be nothing, your belly will always feel a big odd because of the nerve endings that are cut. It might just be your uterus you're feeling, it takes I think 8 weeks to shrink back down? My belly felt the same, still kind of does, in the same spot and they said I'm feeling scar tissue and damaged nerves I'm fine.

Don’t know about a blister feeling, but I’ve had a numb feeling in a few parts of my belly for a looooong time. It’s now been 3,5 years and those numbs feelings are gone (for a while already, I think maybe 2 years?). If you’re worried just call your doctor. But it doesn’t look very concerning (not red or anything)

Did you have to have blood thinning injections after to stop blood clots? Could be allergic reaction to it. I had the same after c section from the injection

Its most likely scar tissue underneath the skin. I have it where my scar is...it lessens over time but bring it up to your doctor at your 6 week checkup

I felt the same right after because the area was numb and I didn’t recognize it. I didn’t get back much feeling after my second csection 😩

I have that too. It feels like I have solid stone just sitting there.

It could be cellulitis. Please see your doctor

I had the same thing. The doctor didn’t act concerned and it went away on its own.
