If this is a pregnancy test then yes it’s positive and way too late for plan b
If it’s an ovulation test then you could probably still take it depending when you had sex (up to 5 days after but sooner the better)

Slip up are going to happen a lot. if you're officially done having kids sounds like you need to sit down  have the conversation about him having vasectomy.

Ovulation tests don't confirm ovulation has occurred. Just that the LH hormone is high which triggers ovulation. So take it and hope for the best
