Bf of 7 months is MIA

I haven’t heard from him in 2 days, I’ve been calling and texting. I’m worried something happened even though this has happened before and he just says he “got busy” and doesn’t bother to charge his phone and now it’s off or dead. But it’s never been this long without communicating-it’s really unusual. I’m worried, and I don’t know if I should go by his place and make sure he’s ok.

UPDATE-I went over. He was asleep. He said he thought he’d just get back to me in the morning and didn’t think it was a big deal. Said he didn’t realize it had been 2 days since we talked. Said he cares about me he guesses he was just being lazy about getting back to me. I told him it’s clear he doesn’t care no matter what he says. I told him I prioritize him but he never prioritizes me. Nothing really left to say.

The kicker is I asked him how long it would take him to come check on me if I wasn’t responding, and he said 4 days. After 7 months together he’d wait 4 days before making sure I was ok.
