Ugh 4 days left and baby momma drama

I have 4 days until my c-section....I'm such a nervous wreak my SO has a 3 year old with another woman that he's in a middle of a custody battle with. In August we finally got temporary custody we get to see her 2 days out of the month and he now pays 500 for child support a month we got a call from the lawyer saying she took content of court papers bc she says he's only gave her 400$ since September we give it to her in money orders and make her sign the receipt we are behind 350 but that's it now I'm worried he's gonna go to jail bc his baby momma is a money hungry ***** he tells me not to stress and all he's lawyer says is to wait to be served.....I want to tell baby momma if he goes to jail he will lose his job therefore he can't make money for anyone.....

If he misses the birth of our son over $350 I think I might die. It's not fair to me and I love his daughter like she's my own child but I keep thinking is it worth it when baby momma tries to send him to jail all the time he's already been to jail 3 times since August on stupid charges bc of baby momma

I'm to the point I just don't know anymore.....OK rant over
