End of period?

I had a very slight vaginal tear last month which was checked by the doctor and has healed since. At the same time it was checked the doctor said my cervix looked normal and she took swabs so I know I have no infections.

I had Day 3 blood tests taken to check all my hormone levels which were within a normal range. I’ve been having long periods where I spot for a few days, have flow for a couple of days or longer and then spot for a few more days. In total I spot or bleed for 10 days or so. Yesterday (day 10) I saw some light spotting in my pants. This morning we had sex and when I went to the toilet just now some semen and discharge was there when I wiped and had this small amount of pink blood in. Anyone had similar? I’m thinking it’s just the very end of my period?
