My beautiful baby girl has arrived

Labor and delivery was amazing. Went in to be induced at 7:45 this morning. Got my water broken and stared pitocin at 8:25, and mild contractions started they were like 5 minutes apart lasting 30 seconds. I was still measuring 4 centimeters, but I went from 4 centimeters to 9 centimeters within 30 minutes! I got my epidural at 4 centimeters and honestly that was the hardest part for me because we discovered I have scoliosis, so it took 3 big sticks to get the epidural in place and it burned like hell. Took about an hour to get to the last centimeter. Four big pushes and a second degree tear later and my baby girl was here! My heart is so full. Haleigh weighed in at 6 pounds and 7 ounces. we are resting well, and she latched on quickly and perfectly. Couldn't dream of a better delivery.
