34 weeks...lactation...

Hey guys I'm 34 weeks and I was wondering. Is anyone else showing signs of lactation yet. And has anyone had a baby before and it didn't start until you had the baby or closer time. What are the signs. And have some people just not lactate at all? How do you know???
