Hot Flashes ?
Does anyone else get them? I'm 16 weeks pregnant and this is my 3rd time getting it suddenly. I was at work and just started feeling hot and dizzy? I heard its normal, what do you think. & if you do get it what do you do to prevent it or calm it?
