Pain with BM

Hey Ladies,just checking with you all.I’m 18 weeks & everything seems to be going fine though I have noticed that I get a sharp pain in my abdomen area when having a bowel movement.I can feel a light crampy feeling before I go but it intensifies while I’m going so much so that it worried me this morning.I’m not constipated & don’t have diarrhea at all,generally I think that area is quite good-I go every morning.I’m just concerned about the pains & wondering if others have experienced it or know if it is OK?
