Baby doll is on her way

LW
35w6d FTM. So last Thursday at 34 weeks 6 days I went to the doctor with some heavy cramping, she said I was 1cm, had protein in my urine and excused me from work although my blood pressure was fine. Monday, I ended up right back in there with extremely swollen feet. They said my urine and blood pressure looked good and to just rest and keep my feet elevated. So Tuesday I spent the day drinking lots of water and resting with my feet up (they didn't go down at all) Tuesday night I decide to sleep on the couch because I hadn't slept in days and decided to switch it up. I woke up around 2am to use the bathroom and when I stood up I felt a gush. For whatever reason I just knew it wasn't my water breaking. Ran to the bathroom and I was covered in blood (totally freaked out). I woke my boyfriend up and we left for the hospital. My blood pressure was so high that they had to"push" medication through the IV. They kept asking me over and over if I ever had high blood pressure and I kept telling them no, because I had not. Baby girl was fine and he could see her practicing her breathing on the sonogram so he said he wasn't worried about her at all. They ran a bunch of tests and told me I had preeclampsia and that they were inducing me. So now I have been here since Tuesday night/Wednesday morning, I'm on my second dose of cervidil. I went from 1cm thick to 1.5 and "thinner" after the first 12 hours. They just inserted the second one about 3.5 hours ago and I have very mild cramps. They said if this doesn't kick start things they will move on to pitocin. They mentioned c section if baby is in distress or if my blood pressure skyrockets again (it's still high but the medicine is keeping it lower). Anyone know what I can expect over the next few hours? I've been spending the last 24+ hours listening to the women down the hall scream in pain 😖
