I’m new and only in my first month of TTC. I was diagnosed with adenomyosis last month hence why I am trying now before my condition progresses.

This app and my Fitbit both say my ovulation day is today…tested and definitely a negative! I have been testing throughout the ovulation window so far and all negative. This is also the first time I have been off birth control since I was 15! (Originally on the pill for acne)

Do I just keep testing to see when I will ovulate as only been off the pill since my last period.
