This is my first pregnancy and I'm totally overwhelmed. What do I do next? I've signed up for the different assistance programs like Wic and Medicaid but what do I do with me?

I'm completely lost and my mother had two very difficult pregnancies. She started having contractions at 13 weeks with me and had to be put on bed rest. She also had pre-eclampsia so I don't want to say anything to her until I reach at least 9 or 10 weeks to make sure I'm not going to have her early complications so I can't ask her for advise. I have started taking pre-natal vitamin.
