i thought i was 6w 3d, did a transvaginal ultrasound. sac measuring 6 weeks. no yolk sac or fetal pole. has anyone had a good outcome from something like that??? i’m stressing out

It’s still really early. The three days is nothing to stress about.

3 days is nothing. I saw yolk sac at 5w and a heart flicker at 6 but each pregnancy is different it could actually appear within just a few days

6 weeks is very hit or miss. I had a scan at 6w1d with this baby and we saw baby and heartbeat but my sonographer warned me that we might not see anything. I’m 34 weeks now so it’s been a while. But I remember her saying that when it’s that early you might not see much. This is my fourth baby. I had a scan at 5w2d with my second baby and only saw a sac. It’s common. If you ovulated late it’s very common. If you go back in a week and there’s no growth then it would be a blighted ovum but I think it’ll all be okay ❤️
