Pelvic pain

I posted a couple days ago about pelvic pain I had. I am reposting with an edit for those who can give me some advice or words of wisdom.

I am about 7 weeks pregnant and am having right side pain near the public area. Having some light brown discharge. Any help? I’ve had this pain on and off since 5 weeks but today it was a sharper pain.

I am worried it could be an ectopic pregnancy but also it could be nothing? I’m not sure what to do..

Edit:: I ended up getting checked out in the emergency room. The ultrasound showed no gestational sac. I was advised to keep taking my prenatals and have a follow up hcg check/speak with my doctor. I feel so upset and It’s my second pregnancy and I just don’t know why this happened. I don’t even see the point of following up with my doctor. Has anyone else been through this? When did you get your next period??

2nd edit: Yeah they did an abdominal and endovaginal ultrasound that showed no gestational sac and a normal uterus/anexae normal cual de sac. No lesions or hemorrhage
