2nd UTI?

I ended up in the ER at about 8 weeks from spotting and turned out I had a uti, I had no idea I had one my only symptom was very light spotting. I took a 4 or 5 day course of antibiotics and everything was good.

Then earlier this week I woke up and had a really tight stomach, it hurt to move and I threw up while trying to get ready for work. I tried going to work but ended up calling an on call doctor and went to the ER again. The pain did not feel normal at all. Turns out I had another UTI and again no other symptoms besides the stomach pain.

Baby looked very healthy and had a strong heartbeat.

My question is this, I’m on day 4 of antibiotics and feeling some light cramping and now starting to feel more uti symptoms, like and uncomfortable almost itchy feeling. I’m calling my doctor in the morning but wondering if anyone else has been through this? Are the antibiotics not working? Or do I give it more time. I’m on a 7 days dose
