Implantation help!

If you have implantation spotting are you for sure pregnant??? I think this is what I had yesterday 7 dpo it was really just like brown tinged cm that lasted about half the day then went away. My acupuncturist said my pulses were indicative of pregnancy too. Anyway how long after implantation spotting can you expect to get a positive test? Thanks ladies!!! ❤️❤️❤️
