Go see a different doctor. Doesnt have to be a pediatrician. It does look fungal but definitely not ring worm so kind of an odd place.

That looks similar to a small fungle infection i got from shaving a while ago. I was told to put this like anifoot fungus stuff on it amd it helped and went away. Also cordaid might do it 🤷‍♀️ (NKT DOCTOR NOT SAYING YOU SHOULD DO WHAT I DID OR EVEN IF I MAY BE RIGHT)
