Sleeping with a humidifier, using saline spray, and a daily doc approved zyrtec are doing nothing for this sinus congestion! The only thing that seems to work is laying on my right side for a few minutes until my sinuses drain to the right, then flipping over on the left so they drain to the left. Uck! So gross and super annoying!! Apparently this lovely prego symptom only gets worse?! I don't know what I'll do for the next 6+ months. 10w5d today
