My baby will be born at Helen devos the week of April 14th with gastroschisis. My actual due date is May 15th. We don't know how severe it is which means we don't know how long the baby will be hospitalized. Which in turn means that being from another city we dont know where we stay while the baby receives treatment. We can't drive 4 hours every day back home. Any one have a baby with this birth defect? Or have to travel for birth and after birth treatment. We're half way through and getting never nervous. Any advise would help.
