I don't understand the disdain against minivans. We have one kid, and may only have one kid. But they'll have to pry the keys to my minivan out of my cold, dead hands. It's so nice to have so much room. We have room for extra kids. We have room to go pick up furniture. There's just so much room for activities.

Nope. I have always found them to be uncool. I think it’s just something that was ingrained in our generation that is now childbearing age. They are convenient I’ve got to say. But I need 4 wheel drive in winter and have a 7seater SUV. We are a family of 4 now. It’s plenty of space and we can still tow when we go on camping trips.

I am now 😳😳 3rd arriving beginning of January. Kia Carnival which doesn’t look like a mini van so I’m 70% ok with it lol growing up I always said I would NEVER own a mini van but we will do loads of road trips and with 3 kids, we need lots of space. This was the most cost effective car for us

Not against them but I really want a 6-7 seater suv with a sunroof. 
I loved my dads mini family he had, we did a lot of traveling in it and could sleep amazingly when removing the middle row. Dad and sibling up front. The rest of us in the back. We had blankets down and a few pillows and then our bags we packed to the other side or trunk. It was amazing.

No way! I drove one for 4 years after getting my license, because we didn’t have the money to get me a vehicle of my own. I’ll rock and SUV any day but no vans here!

I wish! I learned to drive in a van so I find it comforting, but we can’t really afford one right now.
