Bites?? Sensitive skin?

Anyone know what this could possibly be?  Doesn’t seem to bother.. little raised bumps and a few red bumps?

My son has that but worse. I had sensitive skin as a baby, so does my son. It can also be clogged baby pores. Babies get acne too. Yes In odd places. 
If it’s itchy to them or spreads like wildly ask a doctor. If itchy could be bites or allergic to something. If spreads it can be yeast infection on baby
