I’m 4 weeks after my csection and feeling super overwhelmed. My hubby has been back to work for two weeks. I don’t have much help and have a 19 month old and a 4 week old. No clue what I’m doing it’s just chaos all the time right now. I know this is an adjustment period but I need advice. What do I do? How to I help my 19 month old she seems so crazy lately. The baby needs lots of attention, she’s fussy lately. I’m trying but no clue!!
