Advice? I have put this in TTC with PCOS

Question

I don’t know if I’ve understood this right…
I haven’t been on birth control since March 2020 (injection)… I’ve read that your PCOS symptoms can worsen without b/c
Should I go back in b/c to help TTC but then taking b/c is defeating the object on TTC?
I hope this made sense lol
Ps, I’m on a referral list to see a gynaecologist but it can take up to 2+ years for my appt :)

You can not go back on birth control to try to conceive like that, especially without a doctor's guidance and monitoring. You need to address the PCOS with a doctor to give yourself the best chance possible. I would get on any waiting list that you can.

I tried that but it didn’t help. Once I stopped taking the pills my periods didn’t regulate and I had to get medicine to ovulate
