Naked Juices
So, I'm in week 9 right now and I'm having a hard time trying to get enough good things in my body to help baby grow because of nausea. I picked up a few different types of these 'Naked' juices to sip slowly during the day to help get some of those nutrients. And while it says they are pastuirized and everything, does anyone know if there's anything I should be concerned about while drinking them? What are yalls recommendations when it comes to juices y'all like during pregnancy?
I know I should have thought of that before buying :( lol. But if I can't drink them, the hubby will. I don't plan on drinking these like water, just a bit a day. Juices and such seem to be easier for me to stomach at the moment. Thanks for the help in advance!
