Tiny red dots on skin?

Does anyone else have tiny red dots on their skin?! What is it??

They are cherry angiomas. I have them my dermatologist said they are totally normal

I'm not sure exactly what you are referring to but I use to get little red bumps on my shin bone after I would shave. I changed my shaving routine and stopped having that problem.
