15 weeks-is biofreeze okay?

My left lower back and buttcheek hurts so much it’s like a dull ache. Can I use biofreeze??

I’ve had the same pain my whole pregnancy now I’m 36 weeks and it’s only gotten worse. Sciatic pain is the worst 😫😭
