Lots of discharge

Hi ladies I’m over 35 weeks pregnant and getting the usual Braxton Hicks and cramps in my pregnancy. Lately I’ve noticed I have a lot of creamy white thick discharge whenever I wipe, is this normal? I will look out for changes in colour and smell but have you had this in your late pregnancy and is it anything to worry about?
