Zofran and Phenergan. All those other remedies never helped me.

Medication was the only thing that did anything for me. 
On the meds I would still throw up, just not as bad as it had been, so I just made sure I stayed hydrated as much as possible… super cold water I found stayed down the easiest, and I added some ginger slices. I ate foods that were really bland and wouldn’t taste horrible coming back up, I also kept frozen gatorade and coconut water in popsicle moulds in my freezer in case I was dehydrated and water wouldn’t stay down. Eating often helped too… never let your stomach get empty. Some saltine crackers next to your bed to have a couple of before you get up, keep some snacks on you at all times, if you’re going out somewhere eat before you go. I always kept a backup snack+water bottle+garbage bags in the car too lol my partner called it my sick kit 😂
