Doctor freaking out over weight gain!!!
Only in the US will a doctor have no problem with fast weight gain, and scold one for slow weight gain. Although, I'm already within the recommended 25lb-35lb weight gain for the entire pregnancy and have 10 weeks to go. No wonder they call it the land of the fat and unhealthy.
For all those who don't understand. I gained 25lbs in my second trimester and 2lbs in my third trimester so far. My OB is much more concerned about my slow weight gain now than she was with my fast weight gain before, even when I gained 9lbs in one month she was not concerned at all.
I find it odd and I don't want or need to be cuddled when it comes to unneccessary weight gain.
