I had my first ultrasound today and at first they couldn't find the baby because I had a fibroid blocking. But then my little peanut popped up and it's doing great with a heartbeat of 162! Fibroids run in my family so I'm not too concerned right now, both my sisters had healthy babies with fibroids. This will be my 4th baby after having twins 11 years ago and my oldest 14 years ago so this pregnancy was a huge surprise at 34 years old! My scan picture is not the best but could anyone tell me if they can tell using ramzi, what the gender looks like to them?
