Breastfeeding and breast implants

Hello mommas!

So to make this a long story short, I had breast augmentation about 4 years ago. My breast augmentation was done underneath the areola (I have medium size areolas they’re not small) and I am worried that I won’t be able to breastfeed my baby. I am currently 8 months pregnant and my boobs are swollen and larger than usual. Sometimes when i squeeze, liquid comes out but I doubt it’s milk. I am worried that my augmentation affected the breast ducts but according to my ob I have a 50/50 chance. Anyone here that went through the same thing? Or similar experience ? Any advise ?
