Pfizer vaccine while breastfeeding?

Anyone on here get the covid Pfizer vaccine while breastfeeding? How long have you had it? Any side effects to you or baby? It’s hard to tell what to believe when it comes to information on the vaccine.

Believe only your doctor, and other reputable sources, such as the CDC, FDA, NIH, and WHO. TONS of women have gotten the jab while breastfeeding, with zero ill effects to their babies, quite the opposite. Your body produces antibodies, and then they are passed through breast milk to your babe. It’s most beneficial.

Just talked to my OB about this today and she was telling me that the antibodies are only good until you stop feeding & wean because whatever type they use in the vaccine arent able to be replicated by the baby after its transferred through the milk. She said they “disintegrate” and get absorbed back  into the body in a more natural form. Not sure about any of it but it sounded like a good reason for me.

Yep I got mine in June-July and am still bf my 19m daughter. I want to give her some covid protection! I had some side effects after 2nd vaccine but was worth it. Plenty of real research out there saying it’s good

I got both my shots (Pfizer) while breastfeeding. Only had a headache for about a week after. I was breastfeeding and baby didn’t have any side effects. I have since weaned, baby and I are doing just fine :)

I bf after my moderna vaccine & no issues. Supply was the same. I just some sweats and chills but that was only only side effect
