Doppler affecting baby?

Hello, I lost my daughter last October to stillbirth at 36 weeks with no reason given, except part of her cord was thin at her abdomen, but they still don’t know if it was that for sure.

I am currently pregnant with my rainbow and was wondering about the at home Doppler. I don’t use it everyday and if I do, I wait to hear and then turn it off immediately. Part of me doesn’t want to use it at all, because I feel I gave myself false reassurance with my last pregnancy but the other part of me wants to know if my baby is still okay. I’m 22 weeks and baby hardly kicks strong enough for me to feel, which I heard can be normal but it still worries me as I have friends who are the same week and are feeling theirs everyday.

I guess my question is, can the Doppler hurt my baby? Can it affect the cord or baby’s body? The energy/radiation it uses ?? Have you used a Doppler often and went to have a healthy baby ?
