I am sexually frustrated

I am 31 weeks pregnant and my orgasms are short, or I just can’t get there. My clitoris almost feels like nothing? It’s been this way since mid second trimester. I am always horny, but once we start I almost feel guilty. My fiancé thinks he has “lost it” and I’m blaming myself. Could this be because i am pregnant?
