Yes, anything you did before pregnancy is generally safe to continue during pregnancy. Just listen to your body - some days will be super tough, some will feel like pre-pregnancy. Staying active during pregnancy has been shown to make labor easier. My SIL is a runner and was still doing 8 min miles at 8-9 months pregnant (no idea how, but I’m not a runner!). For me, I do orangetheory fitness and have continued it through to the end of my previous pregnancies and will for this one as well

100% yes! I continued running with my first until around 26 weeks and then it just hurt too much. My sister in law was literally running her normal miles until the day before she gave birth.
