13 weeks 3 days

Hiya! How’s everybody feeling ? I’m 13 weeks and all day have had cramping in lower abdomen. And sharp pangs x2 in belly button. What have others experienced at this point at 13 week? After no nausea I copped it today. Also this week had the runs for the day not fun so worried about bugs . This pregnancy has given me such anxiety after we had a loss in feb. not much of a baby bump either

So far this Bub has had 8 scans due to being closely monitoring from 6 weeks 2 X out of them have been due to bleeding. Also have an anterior placenta so worried about it too as I’ve read hard to read baby’s heartrate and lots of complications. I guess all I want to know what others experienced at 13 weeks and 3 days thanks x also afraid bubs is not ok as had the runs the other day just so on edge till our scan at 13 +5 on Monday
