For the love of poop!! 😣😖😫
Ok so just to ensure I don't offend anyone this post (as per the title) is poop related and as such may be a little tmi for some.
So in general (for years before I fell pregnant) I have had IBS, where as I just don't go very often...maybe once or twice per week if I'm lucky.
I'm used to it and so it's typically no big deal to be sat on the loo for ages patiently waiting for something to happen, only to a: be disappointed or b: end up in agony as my body tries to rid itself of a week or more worth of waste.
HOWEVER! Â Since I fell pregnant it's become more and more of an issue and I'm now to the point where I'm seriously considering a jug of luke-warm coffee and a length of hose!
PLEASE there must be something I can do!??
I don't want to go down the laxative route as they aren't all that healthy and only cause issues with your muscles later on, also I've tried all sorts of fruits, fruit juices and veggies, all to no avail.
Any advice would be most appreciated!  I feel like I need to stop eating because there's just no room left! 😩
