pregnancy sweep question

I'm 37 weeks 2 cm and they did a sweep to help me dilate more and I feel they lady didn't do it right bc I had super little cramping and nothing else after its been longer than 24 hours now and still nothing I tried walking and all that other stuff but nothing how do ik the sweep worked or not
