Covid vaccine for high risk pregnancy

Hi mommas!! I’m a first time mom and my bp got so high during this pregnancy so i need to take meds to maintain may bp. I dont have covid vaccine yet cause im so worried about my little one (im 20weeks &6 days) Did anyone experience any body reaction after C19 vaccine? Thanks!!
