Looking for advice- TTC when to test?!?

I’m not sure of when I may/if I have conceived? We had sex in aug 28 and Sept 14. I’m Feeling all the symptoms of pregnancy: bloating, fatigue, flatulence, enlarged breasts with veins, swelling, cramping, frequent ruination, weight gain, etc

I took a pregnancy test on the 24 and it was blank. Minutes later (10 mins) it shows up as this. I took one after it was negative. Today I took one

and it was negative. Am I taking the test

Too soon or too late? I don’t know what to do. When will the HCG be detected? Scheduled period is 10 days away.
