Not necessarily bad, but you need to go.  Get your pap, hpv test (normal every few years), std testing would be a good idea, and talk birth control if you aren't on it already.

Where I live, they don't require you to get a pap if you are sexually active until you are 21 (or 23, I don't remember which). So it's not a bad thing, but it is definitely a good idea to try to get one.

If your sexually active you should see your primary doctor. You should get a pelvic exam and pap every year and if your not in a committed relationship with only 1 person you should have them do the screening for HPV and STD's because many won't show signs and can cause real damage down the road.

I was 17 when i lost my virginity and my first visit to the GYN was when i had a chemical pregnancy. If any cancers of the reproductive systems run in your family then you should go sooner rather then later. Good luck honey!

You can see your family doctor for well woman exams. A gyn is only necessary if you have problems that require a specialist.

Well I'm 24 lost My V at 16 and have yet to go, well because I had no insurance but I've only had sex with 3 guys I've dated and I'm pretty sure I'm fine but I will be going by the end of this month
