11-12 DPO. TW: Bleeding since yesterday.

Started bleeding about 2-3 hours after my first positive pregnancy test. It’s pretty bright red and has itty bitty clots. I went to the ER because it picked up last night and they ran my HCG. It was 25.6. They also did an ultrasound and couldn’t find a pregnancy, which is pretty normal for this stage. However, they saw that my cervix was closed and there was a clot right next to it. I also had a corpus luteum cyst that was collapsing.

Bleeding has slowed down, but is still pretty bright red. Not sure what to really make of all this since my pregnancy tests are getting significantly darker in the first 24 hours. Anyone else experience and have positive stories? At this point, it’s a threatened miscarriage.
