I was In triage L&D today. I fell right onto baby today at 28w2d, they took lots of blood monitoring me for 4hours and I was having some contractions but wasn’t dilated and mucus plug and water was all good . Got two shots in my butt/hip one to help mature baby girls lungs in case of early labor (I have to get the second one tomorrow ) and another rhogam Bc my last was at like 16w because bleeding . Anyhow everything’s looking good so far there was no fetal blood in the maternal blood and the ripping pain in my side went away after an hour and baby’s heartbeat went down after an IV and SEVERAL PEE trips . I sat in the grass for five minutes before I went to the hospital just scared to move and not sure what exactly to do but I’m glad everything is ok . Lesson learned . Don’t take my 75 pound 8month old puppy out when there is a stray cat hiding by my back door .
