Vaccine or Early Labor Symptoms?

I got my 2nd dose of the vaccine yesterday. I’m 36.1 currently. Felt fine and normal all day yesterday, arm was a little sore but nothing crazy.

I was super tired last night so I went and laid down after we put our 2 girls to bed around 8. Didn’t fall asleep until 10:15 ish. But was tossing, turning, up and down all night. I kept waking up from stomach pains, like a little crampy and definitely tight. My back was absolutely killing me. I felt nauseous and had a headache. I also had cold chills but no fever any of the times I was awake and took my temp.

Today since being awake I feel the same. Except the stomach tightness, my boy is moving like crazy except every movement that he makes hurts and feels like he’s going to bust through my stomach. But I’ve also been dizzy today.

I already have a doctors appointment for this afternoon for my weekly appointments but I’m just curious to everyone’s thoughts.
