Nuchal cord??

Has anyone been told they have a nuchal cord wrapped around baby?? I just had a growth scan for possible IUGR and the results in my chart state the nuchal cord is wrapped twice around baby’s neck. I’m high risk already, 36 weeks and from my scan measuring over 37. I’ve been feeling decreased movement and even went in Friday for an NST, where HR was anywhere from 110-180s with little movement. I’m PANICKING. I’ve driven myself from my exam to the hospital and I’ve called my OB office 4 times and I’ve received no response. Can someone just assure me that this can be ok???!
