I don’t know if this would be the right group or not, but does anyone know how to deal with pregnancy anxiety? I’ve always struggled with anxiety, but since getting pregnant it’s tripled and I can’t figure out why or what to do. I’m so beyond excited to be having a baby, but sometimes I worry that I won’t have time to do anything I enjoy or be able to do things I planned on doing with my life(me and the dad often take trips out of town as we build and drift cars, and I’m working on creating a business fixing cars). Other times I worry that I won’t make the money to support myself and my baby. And other times I’m filled with anxiety for seemingly no reason.
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!
