Post period emotions
Does anyone else feel a huge positive shift in mood and motivation when your period is done? Like the last day of my period I all of the sudden want to paint, clean, climb a mountain, etc haha! Anyone else? And why is that? All I read online is the opposite. Are my hormones messed up?
