Early pregnancy?

I had sex with this guy on the 17th of September, I’m not on birth control and I didn’t take a plan B. I’ve tested about 3 days ago and both of the tests were negative. My boobs are currently sore to the touch especially my nipples and I’m eating A LOT more than usual. Should i retest soon? My period is a week late and I don’t want to psych myself out if any of y’all could give me some advice I’d appreciate it!! <33
