So I have been out of work on a doctors note due to covid. I am not supposed to return to work until October 6th. However my supervisor has messaged me multiple times asking for me to call rapid response team. And sending me screenshots of pictures I have been tagged in. Is she allowed to do so? Since I do have a letter from my doctor?
