How do I ask my FWB??

So my period is a week late, my FWB always uses condoms and I’ve taken 1 test and it came out negative, my periods are always regular and I’m not on any contraceptive.. also my breast have been really sore the last couple of days.. I’m super paranoid about it and really want to ask him if there was any chance the condom would have teared? I’m just kinda embarrassed to ask and I don’t want him to stress out. Idk what to do

If you followed the instructions for the pregnancy test accurately, it is extremely unlikely that you will still test negative 6 days after your missed period if you were really pregnant (if you were pregnant, you would already be 5 weeks pregnant).
There are a few things that can cause you to be late or miss your period altogether. The most common one is stress and worry. Medicines, especially antibiotics can also cause this. There has also been numerous reports from women that got the Covid-19 vaccine that their next periods were delayed, most likely due to the stress of their bodies developing the immune response.
If you want to talk to him, you can just say that your period is late, you took a pregnancy test as a precaution  and you do not think you are pregnant but you just want to make sure he did not notice something weird with the condom.

Your options are trying a different test, maybe the digital kind that says pregnant or not pregnant, a lot of times the lines are difficult to read, or so faint, or it’s a false negative, or false positive, but you said you took the test when you were six days late, that should’ve given your body enough time to show up with a positive or negative test. Your period can be late for any reason, stress, anxiety, lack of sleep, depression, if you’ve had the Covid shot, if you’ve had Covid itself, antibiotics, birth control, sex, masturbation, literally the wind blowing can affect your cycle age, hormonal changes, I can go on and on. I was 12 days late myself this month, and my cycle has been wonky since March 2020 when I had Covid, on top of that I am 43, and perimenopause starts as well. I would take one more test to give yourself peace of mind, if you’re not pregnant, then you know it’s probably something else causing it. But the more you stress about it the more anxiety you’re having about it the less your cycles gonna come. I know it’s easier said than done to her try and relax, but kind of understandable￼

Take a test again , use a different brand and then take it from there stress as well as other causes could be the reason why your period is late to.

i think if condom might have tore and it was something he was aware of, he would have told you. you might want to inform him of the situation anyway, out of respect.
